For high-school classical voice students applying to college.
College music auditions are complicated. Your plan doesn't have to be.
Applying to multiple college music programs can mean multiple sets of audition requirements, prescreens, repertoire expectations, deadlines, musicianship assessments, and supplemental materials. The College Audition Blueprint turns all of those moving pieces into one personalized, organized roadmap for your student.

Eight colleges can mean eight completely different auditions.
Even similar-sounding programs can each require their own combination of:
Prescreen Recordings
Repertoire Requirements
Languages & Musical Styles
Memorization Expectations
Live Auditions
Sight-Singing
Musicianship Assessments
Interviews
Performance Résumés
Supplemental Materials
Varying Deadlines
Institutional Portals
Families often end up with dozens of browser tabs, spreadsheets, emails, and notes trying to determine what each program actually requires.
The College Audition Blueprint does that research and organization for you, then shows how the requirements fit together for your individual student.
One personalized roadmap for your entire college audition season.
A professionally organized report built from your student's college list, repertoire, background, and goals. Every Blueprint includes:
Not an AI Product
Every Blueprint is carefully constructed by a member of our team, not generated by AI. Each one is backed by research receipts and clickable links to official college websites, so your family can check every requirement directly at the source.
College-by-College Audition Requirements
Every school in your package, with published prescreen, audition, repertoire, and other requirements organized in one place.
Deadline Tracker
Relevant published audition and prescreen deadlines are organized in one place, so nothing slips through during a busy application season.
Repertoire Compatibility Matrix
Shows which pieces from your student’s existing repertoire may satisfy published requirements at multiple colleges, helping one well-chosen piece do the work of several.
Repertoire Gap Analysis
Identifies requirements not currently covered by the student’s submitted repertoire, so the student and their primary voice teacher can address potential gaps early.
Musicianship & Additional Requirements
Identifies published requirements involving sight-singing, aural skills, theory, interviews, résumés, supplemental materials, and other components where applicable.
Personalized Preparation Timeline
Organizes major preparation priorities across your student’s audition season, mapped to their actual deadlines and goals.
Priority Action Plan
A concise list of the most important next steps based on the research and your student’s submitted information.
Official Sources & Verification
Links to the official institutional sources used during research, each with a verification date, so families can independently confirm requirements.
Your voice teacher still matters.
The College Audition Blueprint complements, not replaces, your student's primary voice teacher. Their teacher knows the instrument, the technique, and the repertoire, and remains essential to preparation.
The Blueprint solves a different problem: researching and organizing audition requirements across every program on your student's list, so students, parents, and teachers can see the whole landscape clearly.

Led by an educator who understands both classical voice and high-school musicians.
We are led by Dr. Shannon Redburn, a classically trained voice educator and Director of Choral Activities. She holds a Doctor of Musical Arts and a Master of Music from the University of Memphis’ Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music, and Bachelor’s degrees in Music Education and Voice from the UMKC Conservatory.
A working professional singer, GRAMMY Music Educator Award quarterfinalist, and curriculum author with the Memphis Music Initiative, she has spent her career preparing young musicians for exactly this process, and she has prepared our team to do the same.
We created The College Audition Blueprint so families wouldn’t have to become experts in dozens of different audition processes just to help their student prepare. Our goal is simple: turn a complicated collection of requirements into a clear plan that students, parents, and voice teachers can actually use.
